At the end of the day, this awning is so awesome the other things don't matter. And being in construction myself I understand how weather and other factors can delay a project. "We love the outcome of our custom stamped concrete deck, new stairway as well as glass railing. It was a complete rip and replace with 100% steel framing, electrical, soffit, etc. Exceptional work. There were some challenges getting things done the right way, some of which were on our side, but they came through and we are extremely happy.
